Crepes

Breakfast Crepes

1 1/2 C milk
1 TB vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 C flour
1/8 tsp salt

Whisk ingredients together. Pour small amount on griddle and spread out to make very thin (I use a measuring cup to spread mixture out). Cook on both sides.

There are so many options to eat with crepes:
Jam/Jelly
Peanut Butter
Fruit
Yogurt
Powdered Sugar
Chocoloate
etc
etc
etc
